White is so much nicer than grey, especially on the waterfront. Just compare this building to the one west of it. That burst of white makes the area feel brighter and so much more enjoyable, for me. And I know I'm not the only one affected by colour and light. I hope they get some great retail here which means no banks, dental/medical offices, nail salons or pot shops.

In the photo below, posted above by @Toron, I know that the excavated pit at the top is Aqualuna (enough with these Aquas!) which is at https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...t-bayside-61-87m-18s-tridel-3xn.27592/page-16

I think the block behind the new fence is the Rental building (TCHC??) - have we ever seen any renderings? Does it have a thread? It is not on the Forum map!

This thing?:

Or this thing?:

...it's the only things I can think of, unless I am completely misreading your inquiry. :(

I believe he was asking if there was anymore information on the site behind that new fence that went up just east to T3 :). From reading different threads on Bayside, it seems other than knowing this will be city built affordable housing, there's not much else we know at this point. No thread was made, and there was also no renderings, at least from what I have found from any thread on Bayside. I hope this helps you and @DSC! :). Of course anybody can correct me if there is more that I do not know.

Edit: This post from 2018 seems to be the last update on the project. https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...el-pelli-clark-pelli-et-al.10792/post-1354511
