Personally prefer this kind of materials, which have similar effects and quick construction.

While clearly a more efficient construction choice, you could argue that this type of application doesn't look as refined or upscale (which this project is).

Good points. That said, it's hard to love a Volkswagen Passat when they dangled a Porsche Cayenne in front of you first.

They’ve started to install some slick frameless balcony glass around the garden terraces.

 

[chuckles]

The balcony treatments look nice! They also look a lot like the Billy Bookcase from IKEA. But still, pretty nice!
