Love Wellington St and the restaurants along here, so news of more coming with office space is exciting. Podium looks great. I don't see how it could possibly look like The Berczy (either the park or the other building built by Concert) in shape, mass, height, materials, design; i.e. the list of differences goes on and on...but yes, same builder who will also be using spandrel.
