3-4 storeys down in 10 weeks. Nice.
Of course there was a building here before with a basement (2-3 floors) that they demolished first and then filled in the hole so they could put in the piles. The subsequent (re)excavation has been quite fast but it's not all NEW excavation and I don't think they have hit bedrock (yet).

I'm pretty pumped for this one. It's gonna be a great densifier for this area, imo.

It only has 525 units, many of which will no doubt be single occupancy. I don't think it will have much impact on density.

Yeah, good point. I think I was speaking more loosely, and possibly inaccurately--'density' in terms of density of buildings, not people. Maybe there's another term for that, I'm not sure.

Density doesn't have to mean population. Density can be physical too.
