The glass looks fairly nice! Harhay has been above average during this boom and I'm enjoying all the mid rises they're putting up.

Not really. Just wait until the building gets built.
There are lots of issues at Oneeleven Bathurst (the first building they have developed on their own for a long time) and the Condo Board there has been working long and hard fighting all the building deficiencies which Harhay thinks is perfectly acceptable, but clearly not. Lots of shoddy and sloppy workmanship, in addition to condo docs that have been butchered or poorly written.

The outside of their buildings look good. The interiors, building functions, legal is a separate matter.

Yes, hence the scaffold behind the tarps to keep the area a little warmer. Looks great!
