According to their Ig they've broken ground, only thing I see is a fence.

Ground breaking events like this usally mean bringing in some dirt to turn over. Take a few pictures and then wait for actual work. Sometimes they happen even though work has long begun. A promo opportunity is what it is.

24 years later and I still immediately associate wood chippers with Steve Buscemi.

They could have hired fastforest or Freeland guys to move those trees somewhere.

The large trees are all cleared, however the site has remained vacant for the past couple weeks or so. No further demolition work has begun yet.
