Buildup - it is a BIG project - not designed by BIG though.

Kingsett owns a very large chunk of the block. There are several international design firms competing for the design.

That's encouraging. Kingsett normally pools money and invests in developers. I know the Cumberland Terrace recently sold to a developer that needed a cash infusion from Kingsett to make it happen. Did Morguard sell as well?
