Was hanging around the Brampton GO station on Sunday (waiting for a train so I had lots of time to kill) and I snapped this...I get that those who are more focused on architecture are not happy with this building but I have to say, seeing a rental building springing up so close to GO station makes me smile.

The balcony glazing is finally taking shape. But it's a shame that it's the only interesting thing going on above the podium, and not even on the broad side where the grey window wall treatment is especially bad.

It's not great, but at least the balcony glass is better than at Social at Dundas and Church. Hopefully more interesting buildings are on their way.

The scaffolding is off the front heritage building. They did a good job cleaning the brick. And it contrasts well with the grey window wall behind.

Apart from its location, it’s the one redeeming about this development.

Better than having the tower pop right out of the two-storey factory office, but yeah, not great.

Residents have begun moving in. Front landscaping isn’t complete yet, but this is mostly done.

A small pleasant surprise is the brick driveway and sidewalk boulevard out front.
