This one is probably the biggest surprise of the last few years. I had absolutely 0 expectations and it turned out quite nicely. Just wish the grade relationship was a bit better, though I admit that the at-grade drop off area is better than I expected it to be, albeit still bad..

Indeed it is. Was a pretty cool bar back in the day but was taken over by the city in an effort to spread the shelters around.
