I'll cut this one some slack because of its material use ( no / minimal spandrel) and because the grey helps tie it in with its neighbours tableau and picasso

They could have created a interesting effect using brightly coloured balcony glass, sort of like a Piet Mondrian. It would be campy and playful - something I would like to see more of in the entertainment district. At least something other than the bland albeit high-quality grey balcony glass they went with.

I think it looks like junk next to Picasso with poor proportions and a confused jumble of architecture ideas. But at least it's shorter than Picasso.
