The dome had a big issue during Kanye's part... it seemed someone hit the kill switch and only bare minimal lighting remained. Even the air got turned off. Come the second song - we got lights, but no air which made the situation much worse. And eventually the mic died. Wasn't his fault, and I don't blame him for throwing the mic up in the air.

These wonderful Pan Am Games have, thank goodness, repaired most of the damage done to TO's image by the odious RoFo and DoFo.

I agree with Mr. Cox. Toronto has a much better image now.

Actually,

The lights were on for half of his set, and he performed directly at the athletes near the stage. During his final song, his mic seemed to cut out and he threw it in the air before skipping off stage. Organizers said this was all planned, just part of the Kanye flair.

Fireworks off the CN Tower should occur ever new year's; instead of those pathetic ones we get at NPS that look like they purchaed at a convenience store.
