That CampusOne site was the source of my favorite NIMBY quote of the last decade in Toronto...Too busy and contrasting to be "Design" Haus. So I suspect it was CampusOne just west of it as the other parent. >.<

Surprisingly, I haven't been there either...Even though I've never been to the Prenup Pub after all these years, I do hope that they'd be able to relocate somewhere in the area/city. They have that "character" presence.
