Well bad news and good news...bad news is it appears my progress files have been mysteriously deleted! Good news is I've improved my process so let's call it spring cleaning. Apologies if there's some delays on the larger projects. Here's an update for this one (steel hidden by heritage structure at the moment. Probably for the best too because I was shockingly off on the core size!!
