What a fun little project! The brick is really different and it’s interesting to see how they’re constructing that scalloped corner.

I just came here to post what looks like an identical angle. Very impressed with the brickwork too. Good to see this kind of trades being done in the city again too. Can only be a good option for other developers going forward.

Getting the Curtain Wall Frame going up on the back of the building. Kind of a brown-brass metallic colour. Seems to compliment the brickwork nicely.

From today; Front windows for the second floor went in on Friday I think. This building is going to have a fun little face to it.

Lots of activity today. They were working on the upper floors on both ends.

I can do without the upper glass-clad floors. Upper glass-clad floors has become a trope. Just bring the brick and the arches to the top.

I’d really like to understand rationale. Is it because they think it’s too imposing or blocks out “too much sun”
I personally think we should be able to build streets like this:
