Not a huge update, but second floor plate is done, and looks like they are close to ready to put the third floor plate.

Cute, fun, different. Doesn’t overwhelm the surrounding buildings.

From this morning. I completely missed that the crane had disappeared. Looks like they are well on their way to forming the ground floor arches. A very fun building to watch going up.

I wish there would finally be some movement on the renovation right next door.

The brick has been going up on the back and north side of the building. I'm liking the over grouted brick, not something that I've seen done recently.
