Hats off to Hullmark, they are doing a great job in working with "out of the box" designs for Toronto, as in it's not a grey spandrel condo tower!
Yes, they're not solving any housing crises anytime soon, but they're realizing that their projects on Ossington are part of a community. Increasing the appeal and value of the street itself and developing it with respect to its current culture and energy will inherently increase the values and return on their properties.
