Why go that far, look next door at Daniel's.

Someone hasn't seen Design Haus on College yet apparently

It's not awful but it's literally a glass box, nice glass but still nothing special at all. Plus it's killed one of the best views of the city from Polson Pier along with the Daniel's Condos.

All the 200m+ towers around it, including a supertall (One Yonge, Sugar Wharf Phases 1&2), will distract from this tower once they're completed.

In less than 5 years, we would be seeing a lot more and a lot taller buildings in that gap. I hope those buildings don't end up ruining an otherwise photogenic angle.

Meh. I walked by it today and other than the glass, it's really nothing special. I would delete it from the skyline in a heartbeat.
