It def looks that way from the renders and they are on track so far with delivering close to what was promised.

Is there any update on if Loblaws might be moving into this building, as some had speculated early on?

I'm not sure there's any space for that. The LCBO has 25,000 sq.ft of retail space (as per today's front page story), and i think most of the rest of the ground floor is the office lobby.
More likely that Loblaws redevelops their property in 2 phases, with the parking lot being ripped out first, Loblaws moving into the retail space created there, and then the store gets replaced with new development. Similar to the way Choice Properties rebuilds at other sites.
