I'm not sure there's any space for that. The LCBO has 25,000 sq.ft of retail space (as per today's front page story), and i think most of the rest of the ground floor is the office lobby.

More likely that Loblaws redevelops their property in 2 phases, with the parking lot being ripped out first, Loblaws moving into the retail space created there, and then the store gets replaced with new development. Similar to the way Choice Properties rebuilds at other sites.
