Took these this afternoon. This is a really great building.
Same perspective as above, but polarized to reduce reflection on the glass. The glass should look more transparent, but I don't think it's really apparent in this photo. But here it is anyway:

A few days before I saw this car getting a ticket at Gerrard & River.
A DELOREAN! Stainless steel! Made in Ireland! John Z tried to finance his company through cocaine sales! Awesome.
Building's sweet too. There's a lot of great housing being built on the east side, and this building (+ Regent Park) show public housing can look fantastic.

After reading Felino's (and others) views on social housing in Toronto, I'm wondering/hoping the low income folks who get these units are all involved in the arts/creative community.

Kinda hoping it's not another furniture store. It would be nice if some other stores were mixed into the area.

Drove by the other day, noticed there are red bricks on street level, which seems to be a theme in the area.
