Wow, as someone who has spent most of my life in The Beach and The Bluffs, I too am excited to see this moving forward.
Attached is from one of the original plans (I'm guessing it has not been posted elsewhere).

Unfortunately I tossed it out a few years ago, but not before I took some photos of the section more applicable to where I currently live.

We found asbestos in our home built in 1981, it was common in popcorn ceilings as late as the '90s. There's a lot more out there than people realize. I remember the maintenance workers applying asbestos around the old boilers in the 1960s and 1970s. Many of the coal furnaces/boilers just...
