In addition to slurring, he's doing that swaying thing he does and the dazed slow, simple answers to questions, with a little bit of mumbling thrown in. Also, he avoided speaking to her for as long as he could and then tried to get away as quickly as possible. I'm guessing he had one hell of a night after the debate, with some hair of the dog to get through the day.

And if you don't see it, take a look at this gem from April 20, 2013. This was the morning after his all night crack party where he "lost" his phone in a well-known west-end crack den. All the same signs are there. Apparently Jackie Crandles has a knack for catching Ford at his wasted moments:

Holy cow, he's just toast in that segment. Amazing how his bearing and demeanour change from interview to interview - from barely awake (post rehab) to fake (asian media) to baked (Danzig).

Could be. But if they don't, do you think we could take it as a sign that they're holding Ward 2 open for Rob in case he drops out of the mayoral race?

This is a rather hilarious news report about the Chrétien attack ad -- PC party candidates back away from the ad and some apologize for it, Kim Campbell publicly apologizes to Chrétien and yanks the ad, and John Tory defends it.

Makes more sense for him to announce his candidacy so that there is a Ford on the ground and raising money. He can drop out the day Rob switches from mayor to the councillor race.

Eta: bring it on. I would love to see any of the Fords try to debate Andray.

Just got a call from Soknacki's team, transit questions mostly, last question - was I open to voting for him? Guess he's surveying the lay of the land after last night's debate.

Sobriety coach is MIA and Ford is out and about appearing to be high. The question is, is the coach MIA because Ford is using or is he using because the coach is MIA....

Except that whoever wrote the accompanying article didn't get the memo. The last third was basically transcribing RoFo's bullshit verbatim, Wormington style. Pathetic! He/she needs to coordinate better with Jackie.
