The reporter was quick to point out that the shooting was not TCHC-related, but Ford seemed too stuporific for her correction to really land.
Sorry, one last thing. I specifically asked if he'd been fired because of the recent interview. Answer was, "no".
It's like you're some kind of earnest hall monitor trying to out the stoners. Not that I wouldn't put it past him, but ... how would some of you folks know ... unless you lot have been high yourselves?
Again ... I have probably spoke to Rob Ford probably more than anyone here, and I honestly don't think he is.
I have spent a lot of time comparing videos of Ford when I think he's lucid and when I think he's not. Today, was definitely in the "not" category and I would hazard a guess that he's high - not benzo high - but high.OK, we'll have to go with the "when the cat's away" theory.
Thanks for your posts, Mag.
JKDM: Agree that we can't know for sure if he's high or not. I'm still curious if he has an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) though. 40% to 50% of males in the criminal justice system have one.
He could have just doubled up on the meds... to get a buzz on, and stop serious cravings. Especially without the babysitter around.

He looks like this. He's high for sure.

The raspy voice is always a good sign as well, but because of the debate, it's not a slam dunk.
You can also tell by the way he's standing. If he's upright then he's probably high. If he's lying down then he's either sober or very very high.
