Actually, I'm going to be in a prolonged funk over your cat. I dread vet bills.

Here is my take. If you can pull it off, you will spend $$$. (Guelph is 'amazing' - to coin a phrase - at what they can try to do.) If you can't spend $$$ then you can't. But in any case (and we have had cats deigning to live with us for >30 years and have experienced $, and $$$, and $$ in between), if you are an affectionate 'owner' then you can give your cat or dog a life of comfort and joy while it lasts, and receive comfort and joy for yourself in return, whatever the extreme vet bills you can afford to deal with extreme situations or not - so long as you can take care of the basics. (Maybe that sounds soppy, but what the hell.)

Apologies to the real fake name guitararchitect, who has posted on UT within the last three months, just not on this thread. (The "real fake name" is worthy of a graduate school seminar in philosophy, is it not?*)

*Pretentiously: n'est ce pas?

*Ultra-pretentiously: e vero, no?

*Ford man of the people: ain't it?

*Ford stupor: eh, wah?

lol I didn't understand this at all.

The Farley Foundation, with the thread's indulgence.

Better than any damned football foundation, says Max (a/k/a Maxy; more formally, Maxwell). (That's his favourite ball.)
