The Second Cup at Yonge & Charles is gone. Been there a long time!

It was mentioned in another thread that the Dollarama will soon close too. I wonder if we'll get a retail extension out to Yonge/Charles and the disappearance of that little square?

^ Let's hope so because it's a very messy corner. There's an awful lot of wasted space on the ground floor of that building. They could get rid of the east/west interior hallway and also remove the weird long space on Yonge that only has a couple of TD bank machines in it.

Not sure. I think the apartment across Charles where the Okonomi House might be a U of T res as well, and that one looks ripe for a rebuild.

In any case, I am sure the units will be half the size of the original if and when that happens.
