Crane isn't yet up (as of last weekend), but the pit looks almost ready. I think the pit is complicated because this used to be part of the Etobicoke Creek floodplain pre-diversion. I was surprised to see the crane up already for Rhythm. That's three cranes up for residential projects (with the Peel tower and Park Place) and this fourth on the way. Huge changes.

can't recall if its Rhythm or Park Place (leaning towards the former) but a later phase will supposedly be 45 storeys tall ... massive for Brampton

Thanks for the updates. Four cranes in downtown Brampton is the most that's ever been, and nothing to scoff at. I hope downtown retail also improves with the increase in population as well.
