It's quite the contrast, though the ring of density around Square One mall is becoming respectable. At Square One, you can actually buy something in one of the many stores after office business hours. You can't say that about PATH. A lot of it becomes a ghost town after business hours.

The first of 2 cranes when up today,

Still got a lot of digging to do yet. What struck me is the foundation wall is already in place on the east side of the hole that didn't require any shoring like the other 3 sides.

The 2nd crane can go up anytime now that the footing is in place for it.

Since this is only 2 level underground parking, not going to take that long before it at grade.

These are the best shots you can get at grade until this hit grade next year. There is only one real good location to shoot the site.
