Hopefully they incorporate some park like amenities to this block of Parkside Village to provide a transition from the high-rise condos to the four storey townhouses. A green roof would be nice on the podium. An ground level mews would be nice to provide a mid-block connection from the townhouses to Confederation Pkwy.

The city is planning on building a park across the full width of the site that will connect to the west side park as well to the park on the east side of Confederation. It will run on the north side of the road and beside AVIA and block 1A West and Block 1A east. There will be Townhouse on the west side of the Block 9 that will be part of the whole site that are to be 4s.

Need more green roof's
