I have to say that the website for this is pretty anorexic on information. I joined as http://torontoooooh.myminicity.com and immediately went looking for how to build and manage my city. There's no help page (as far as I could tell) but I kind of deduced that the thing just grows on its own proportion to the number of visitors... but where's the fun in that if you can't manage it?

The fun is watching your city grow and managing the links by which your visitor's visit. Unfortunately, the sub-par graphics (ugly) and programing (who has had a apartment block replaced with a single family home) killed it for me.

I gave up on this months and months ago. Seems that people were going through proxies to boost their counts, and leaving legits behind. Sim City, which one can control, got me going.
