Even the drinking trough for the horses was removed.Awww they took out the toilets!
Is NOTHING sacred in this City?Even the drinking trough for the horses was removed.
Ironic that you managed to say Wee and public toilet in the same sentence...lolThis is the west side of Parliament (what is now, for a while longer anyway, the WE Building) - better view of the public toilets for @Richard White. From 1913View attachment 31617013.
Wow beautiful red brickThen and Now of a sorts. We are looking at a old postcard of the Ford Hotel that used to be on the northeast corner of Bay and Dundas. I don't think too many of us can relate to the Ford Hotel but the 'Atrium' building there now is a nice bit of 70s office, shopping and food court space. The cool part is the atrium space, which was such a thing in the 70s; think of the Reference Library on Yonge.View attachment 317442

Then and Now. 677 Bloor West.
I took the Then picture in 2010 or thereabouts. The 'Metro' theater had already closed.
Now picture taken today. 'Basecamp Climbing' is located there now.
