to the average casual follower, this is sufficient to get the facts and carry on their their day. Not everyone is a rabid transit fanatic.
^ Indeed. And given the likely spending restraint agencies like Metrolinx have been given by the gov at least they have the resources to do any kind of video.
I have to agree with @Streety McCarface because the tweet is billed as "an exclusive look inside one of our ... locomotives". There were no shots inside said locomotive. If they simply said it was looking at it, there would be no qualms to be had.
