Oakville GO renovations starting this month! Can't find any specific diagrams or renders anywhere yet though.

There are renderings that have been circulated internally among various firms involved and will likely be shared at some point.

Kenaidan and Murphy are the contractors for the project through a Joint Venture. RVA is the prime consultant with various other companies also involved with it as subs.

As for the station the platforms are going to be redone similar to other recent GO stations. The parking lot is having sections fully rebuilt and others resurfaced along with some changes to the bus loop. The pedestrian bridge is going to connect into the parking garage on the west side and have connections to all the platforms.

In the view of the Barrie line where it goes north toward the site of the Bloor-Lansdowne GO station, after the 'grubbing' there's more space on both sides of the existing track than I thought.

I had assumed the new second track would simply go along the east side of the existing one. But supposedly the plan is to eventually have a trail/railpath there, so maybe it will be more complicated?

I will never get over how the Barrie line, which has the potential to relieve some of the most congested highways in the province, currently looks like something the neighbourhood parents bullt in a backyard alleyway for a child's birthday party.
