Yes, there are substantial federal dollars publicly committed to for most or all of those projects.

Hamilton: 1.7B federal money (2021)

Ontario Line: 4B and change, federal money (2021)

Scarborough Subway: 2.2B federal money (2021)

Eglinton West: 1.9B federal money (2021)

LOL, I mostly give up predicting these things when they are at least several months out (just at the announcement stage}, and this gov't mostly delivers things years late.

I don't like being made to look bad. I have a good idea how far along the work is............and it could be announced sooner than not, there's a budget........ but these people rarely start a presser on time, or within 30 minutes of on time, when they pick the time!
