Forum crashing

Good evening everyone,

I noticed the past few days that the forum is crashing whenever I visit threads. Does anyone know what is causing this?
 
Yesterday I couldn't access the forum or even the main UT page. This morning I keep getting the error in my attached image I had to attempt about 5 times before I actually got in here to post.

Most of the past day the entire site, but in particularly the forum has been unusable. Either errors / unable to access altogether, or if I was able to access it, I'd be waiting 3-5 minutes for a page to open.

Edit to add: this past day has made me realize how much a part of my daily routine browsing UT has become ?.
 
Never mind the ads, honestly I would pay good money just to be able to hide the giant floating bar that wastes space at the top of the screen while I'm trying to scroll through threads. Whoever designed that was clearly not using a 13" laptop display.
 
I heard there was.....and that it looked something like this:
