Just about all the land in the eastern waterfront (south of Queen's Quay) is now clear and ready to be developed, so I guess it won't be long before something pops up.

BTW, look at the details - the old design for Monde was used in the fly-through.

I noticed that the Winter Garden was back in the newly posted video. I got excited until I realized that this is the old video and not a new design bringing back the indoor space. Red brick works so much better than the newer grey design.

Archive those photos and pull them out in ten years (or possibly less). It will be similar to the area now called "Southcore." There will be a there, there.
 
Someone, don't know who, has graffiti'd the Hines Bayside site with the letters "LOVE"
