Just about all the land in the eastern waterfront (south of Queen's Quay) is now clear and ready to be developed, so I guess it won't be long before something pops up.

I don't much like the sound of losing about twenty feet off the width of the promenade.

I could be wrong, but I think the intent is to have the street serve as part of the promenade - so in effect it's actually wider then 20m (14+15.5)

BTW, look at the details - the old design for Monde was used in the fly-through.

I noticed that the Winter Garden was back in the newly posted video. I got excited until I realized that this is the old video and not a new design bringing back the indoor space. Red brick works so much better than the newer grey design.

I really like the look of this. I think they should just minimally glass it in and use it as a pavilion.
The skyline is looking mighty.
