Do you mind my asking what the bandwidth usage of UT is and what kind of server type/hardware it's on?

Why am I continually getting a 'forbidden' page while trying to access the site. Sometimes it last for hours. I see other people posting during these times, so it doesn't seem to be affecting everybody.

I'm 99% sure that it wouldn't be a cache problem.

I got that problem at home over the weekend. My understanding is that it can take days for ISP's to update their servers. Please let me know if this persists. And clean out your cache just in case.

It has been my experience that those errors only occur when the www is not included in the url. It's worth checking that!

Working from a bookmark (so it's not the www) on the same computer on the same internet connection, I've had the website work, stop working (403 error), work again, stop working (403 error), and work again.

So... I don't know.
