The best possible outcome is someone with deep pockets and good vision demolishes this monstrosity and builds something worth having in front of our most visited square.
.sankofa square has nothing but terrible architecture surrounding it, except for the heritage buildings, which they also destroyed with that hideous condo the built on top.
this building is a hot mess, no re cladding would save it. Needs a complete redesign. I doubt TMU has the money to demolish this and build something great.
