NTCI/Tridel project - section 37 agreement will require $400,000 contribution towards the construction of a public swimming pool and a greenroof on the school, a heritage easement agreement for architectural features of the existing school and a public art contribution. Site will also have underground parking for 553 cars.
851-853 Richmond - Lanterra proposes 9 townhomes and redevelopment of two existing commercial/industrial buildings.
Three applications for significant height and density increases have been submitted for 609 and 587 Avenue Road and 215 Lonsdale Road. 609 Avenue Road application appealed to the OMB.
St. Michael College Application (50 St. Joseph): 25s, 37s, 45s and 3x6s fronting onto Bay St. Total of 1015 units. Architects Alliance is the consultant for the project.
