There'll be some openings now that Chanel is moving and HMV is closing up shop. Of course, the HMV location probably isn't the best for a luxury brand.

The building permits have been filed for 77 Bloor Street west rebuild. The tenant (no surprise): Sephora.

Caplansky's is opening in Yorkville next month. Article does not mention the exact location.
"In May, Caplansky will open a modern, 2,200-square foot restaurant that will seat as many as 70 diners in Yorkville, which will act as a model for any franchises."
