BA's core is higher, but RBC has more floors poured. The core for BA is up to the 20th, the framing around 7-10ish depending on which side of the building. RBC is currently finishing the 14th floor, with the core 1 or 2 higher.

I walked by the site the other day, its amazing how huge the building looks from street level. Very impressive.
