^ Yup, it's a real mess alright. The only thing I can see them doing is getting rid of that brown corrugated facing and turning it into creative advertising space a la Yonge & Dundas. They need the $ don't they?
 
Timothy Eaton Church on St. Clair. Does any other Toronto family have their own church ?

Cathedral of the Transfiguration built by Stephen Roman in Markham (Cathedraltown) could be considered one.
 
Of course it didn't look anything like that "good taste" faux monstrosity when it opened.

Oh, good. It's not just me then.

(But what a great shot, androiduk! It really shows the room's grand scale and potential in the hands of the right interior designer.)
