Oh boy. Greenpark on the east side. Axiom Pt. 2?

Let's hope they've learned...
Doesn't look like it

What an absolute bummer if this gets built (with that massing).

The surrounding area calls for the street scale & materiality of the distillery & king east.

I work at King and Parliament and walk past this site daily. It impressed me as an amazing location to do something very interesting because there are views straight down King into the core. This proposal doesn't leverage the layout of the location at all.

What’s with all these clunkers in the area? Do they end up like this because of height restrictions? So the developer tries to make as dense as possible?

Why is it that the city allows buildings where almost 2/3 of units are tiny 1 bedrooms when there is a huge demand for family sized units. Why not force developers to have more 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. It should be 1/3 1 bedroom, 1/3 2 bedroom and 1/3 3 bedrooms.
