Cool thanks, and as far as 1 Bloor being for the rich it's actually one of the cheaper buildings for the wealthy to call home.

Weren't there realtors camped out a couple days beforehand for the opening sales of Chicago in Mississauga?
If there were lineups for single family homes in Mississauga this summer, I don't see why people wouldn't be lining up for Canada's tallest residential building.

Isn't Bazis scheduled to unveil the Emerald Park development at Yonge and Sheppard in the next few weeks?Anyway the fact that this building is in sales already is great news, and I'm hoping that if Blu and 1 Bloor turn out great that we can expect more buildings from this developer.
