I wonder when they are going to fix the air in the hallways, it seems to be working on the first floor only. I break a sweat walking to the elevator.

That's good that they have fixed it, fingers crossed. Now if they could get on top of the air in the hallways that would be great. On a side note garage door seems to be working this afternoon, much slower then it used to be but atleast it closes.

It wasn't the middle of the night that's why I got frustrated, it was kid afternoon. During the night I go out the main door cause I'm to scared to go out back! It also bothered me because if you looked outside you could have seen me there with my puppy as we don't go very far from the door.

I totally agree with you, the garbage around this place is disgusting, I feel like I am back in university living in residency. I constantly am finding beer bottles/cans, food etc. in the hallways, elevators and front lawn, it leaves such a great impression on the Realtors and potential buyers...

As for people making a mess - get used to it. Soon all the gym equipment will be broken, patio chairs will be missing/broken, random things will be broken etc. I think this is a lame excuse, things wouldn't get broken or go missing if people were mature for their age and took care of things...
