On the McCormack Street Zoning Notice pic, it says, "...construction of the new Weston/St Clair Smart GO station". 😆 They dropped the Track, maybe they should finally just drop the Smart too.

This would also be a lovely location to add an interchange station stop on a future Finch West LRT extension, which could then continue through towards the airport. And isn't this station meant to replace the Etobicoke North GO eventually?

At about 1:44 in the video you can see what appears to be the curved underside of a wooden ship's hull, presumably scuttled for the lake filling project ? If so, then I guess archeology is pretty cool.

Rocky said the concrete piles go all the way down to bedrock along this stretch of Don Roadway to prevent it from sinking into the buried pollution there. Final road surface level should be close to the top of the silver cylinder supports for the hydro line towers.
