Road Safety & Vision Zero Plan

You have just proven your qualifications for a traffic services police spokesperson.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

He looks like a boil ready to pop.

Dwt Toronto has lost its position as retail mecca to 905

Brampton has three Targets. All former Zellers. Target still refused the Kennedy Road/Vodden store. The closest Zellers to downtown Toronto was Galleria Mall and Gerrard Square and Target didn't want them.

General cycling issues (Is Toronto bike friendly?)

Court challenge? You think those drunk slobs on ebikes would think of something like that?

    TTC Cartography, Signage, and Wayfinding

Human Transit isn't just pushing frequent service lines on maps (though it seems to be big on those).

    TTC Cartography, Signage, and Wayfinding

Streetcars and buses are the same thing: local routes on streets. They provide the same basic service. I'm glad to see the dumb "streetcar rapid transit" stricken - as if Spadina was rapid. That said, I like streetcars - and they still have 5xx numbers.

    Fish & Chips!

Ugh. BlogTO (who generally has the worst best-of lists). The article was first published in 2008. Chippy's? Ick.

    Captain John's Restaurant (1975-2012)

It was a terrible restaurant. Why should we worry?

2014 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I'm upset that funding was cut that resulted buses yanked on busy routes, resulting in more crush loads. Karen Stintz saw Ford's agenda through on that matter.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

If they weren't underground, though, they wouldn't flood!

^ The most Picardesque thing you've said in a long time.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

jusbokeh is a troll. Keeps repeating lies like he was the crack mayor himself. Why are the right wingers who try to argue such awful at it? Why must they resort to lies, attacks and strawmen? I'd love to see smart, reasonable dissent here, especially as it can feel like an echo chamber...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

So when will Rob Ford completely go the way of Congressman Peter Russo? It might be the only way to get rid of him.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

Chris Drew ain't Jewish, nor an elected politican, or high-profile quasi-politican like Sarah Thomson, so it's strange to see him there, especially with Ford. As for pro-Israel politics, though, the Liberals will go there. Paul Martin after all was the one who started Canada's foreign policy...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

The guy posing with Rob Ford is Chris Drew, a Liberal wannabe politician who seems to be everywhere in downtown politics. What is he doing there? And what is this guy - who was also sure to get his photo taken blocking the Jarvis bike lane removals - doing smiling with Ford?

Sheridan College (MCC, 4s, Rounthwaite Dick & Hadley Architects) COMPLETE

Which mayor is that? I can think of two Metro chairs that have highways named for them, but not any mayor. And got in trouble three times for conflicts of interest, refused to apologize for racist comments, bullied city staffers and councillors, and never faced any credible opposition for 30...

    Toronto Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

Hopefully it won't be anywhere near as bad as Star of Downtown. Though the land and area's desirability is a lot less than King and Spadina.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

The word is that "Health Issues" is one way of putting the real reason why Ford left on vacation early and without notice.

    Toronto Montgomery Square | 84.12m | 27s | Rockport Group | RAW Design

Joe Oliver could have said something to someone, given the local concern about this structure. Got stipulations on a possible sale. Tony Clement got millions for little pork projects in Muskoka, and the government certainly would like to keep a toehold into central Toronto, no? Oliver's...
