    No, it's why they need to spend a little to make the pedestrian realm more appealing. I'm a huge fan of having the refinery there, and watching the ships unload next to Sugar Beach. I don't see any reason that it has to be replaced with yet more nondescript condos.

    I saw this on a truck today: And yes, getting closer, that is indeed a Crosstown Flexity: I'm guessing it's easier to lift those cars without their trucks, unless these are the special "maglev" versions of the Flexity. And I didn't realize that the Crosstown was going to extend to Montreal.

    That's interesting -- I have avoided Uber because I'm not sure what randos they have driving (and they seem to have far less control over their drivers), and because the company itself seems like a toxic bro cesspool. But part of my suspicion is likely just my age.
