This will be a real boon for the area. The condos at Dupont & Lansdowne have helped a lot but a project this size is needed to re-create the feel of the entire neighborhood which was rundown for decades.

Nobody earning $15/hour is ever going to be able to afford any of the units in a building like this. Not sure what you bought and for what price 6 years ago earning $15/hour either. If you say otherwise, show your math.

Yeah it's annoying waiting for completion but don't hold your breathe. It is actually planned to be completed this fall (this was the timeline given from the start of the project) so they're actually right on schedule.

There needs to be a rule against feeding pigeons in this entire complex. The old park was littered with pigeon feces to the point where there was nowhere to sit and enjoy a meal. Would be a shame if the new park goes back to being a giant pigeon toilet. Bird spikes and maybe poison should be...

Such a beautiful building. Adds so much vibrancy to the area and is just one of many great buildings to come in and around the Yonge/Bay & Gerrard corridor. Already see lights on in some of the units. Wouldn't surprise me if occupancy is in full swing in two months.

It looks great. Ironic that a rental building is going to be one of the most beautiful among all the condo buildings.

They should have signs that tell people not to feed pigeons, and fine them $500 if they do so. The area was becoming a giant toilet for pigeons - you couldn't sit anywhere and enjoy lunch because the feces was everywhere. I hope it doesn't go right back to it upon the completion of this project.

I think it looks fine. Better to have it than not to. The bars, restaurants, and banks at ground level are all great. The only issue with the building is the underground mall and the layout/access of the big box stores. But it's an all around good hub, a great looking building, and will be...
