so i had the most random thought today... why isn't this tower taller? given all the hoopla around affordable housing and empty luxury condos in the city, one would think that this rental tower would have the easiest time getting approval for 60+ storeys with 50% more units for rent... i mean there are several buildings within a stone's throw away that are taller (plus Aura that is MUCH MUCH taller...) so it's not a shadow or master plan issue...
just some musings for this dreary weekend... would very much appreciate any insights from y'all!
