I passed by yesterday evening, and there is a large trench behind the Adelaide hoarding, so I'm guessing there's some utility and sidewalk work left to do before they can bump the hoarding back a few metres.

Today:

Used this pic to make a quick 5 min mockup. Probably could've spent another few minutes making Tower 3 look less crappy

Just a lot of tedious wire-tracing using the content aware correction tool in PS
