Why do that when you can conduct 2 or 3 more million dollar studies now needed because of the added complexity and then reward a contract 3 times more expensive with a timeline 3 times longer? Classic government spending.It needs more than paint! That section of Gardiner is up for renovation in, I think, 2023 but it is odd they did not do it when there was no new buikding there!
